Welcome to Miami Pre Construction.

We do things differently.

Our approach to selling real estate is to advise, strategize and then close the deal. Any potential client is entitled to the advantage of our many years of experience with Pre Construction real estate. I surround my selv with experts such as former developers, attorneys and accountants to lay out a plan for your individual and ultimate goal.  There other realtors see a pay check, I see a case. 

Truth is a commodity, especially now.

Let's be  honest. No building is perfect, but they all claim to be.
I will show you the beautiful amenities and  you probably already know how beautiful Miami really is. (But here is an overview over the most popular areas.) Let me also inform you about the things that are less good things so you can make an educated decision about your home and investment. I do not have allegiance to one building or any developer. I am your agent and hope to win your trust. Let's try, it's free and pre construction real estate AND Miami real estate market is my job and passion.

You need someone who knows about details like evaluating the developers track record, the projects location, costs to contract negotiations and  payment structures. You need someone on your side, some one who looks after your interests and can provide real advise. I have 20 years of experience in the miami real estate market and I am on your side.

A few tips:

  1. 1. I have made this map in Google Maps. For teh best use of the map I advise you to log into Google.
  2. The little square with broken sides on the top right side, enhances the map, so you get a better overview.
  3. The little door on the left side of the map, shows a list of all pre construction projects. The list is organized to you can see projects in a specific era. To click an area away og to see two or more different ares, simply put a check mark in the box next to the area.
